My uncle is a well-known cook in our village back in the Philippines, and Sir Philip Korea's Sweet Longganisa brings back sweet memories of the longganisa he used to make for us.
It tastes just like home! I really enjoyed it. Highly recommended!
The longganisa I've tried in Korea before wasn't very good, but Sir Philip Korea's Garlic Longganisa really tastes just like the authentic longganisa back home in the Philippines!
I cooked it together with Spam, and the combination was absolutely delicious. The best!
It's been a while since I've tasted the sweet longganisa that reminds me of home.
Longganisa definitely tastes best with a fried egg!
I highly recommend Sir Philip Korea!

Following the instructions on the website, I cooked the frozen longganisa at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, flipped it over, and cooked it for another 10 minutes, and it came out looking delicious.
I loved that I could cook frozen longganisa without thawing it, making it much more convenient than pan-frying.
